The demolition of buildings on Manchester Square. In October 2008, a large fire broke out in the commercial block, destroying several buildings that were already earmarked for demolition. Big Barrel and Farmers Mutual Group occupy the space now.

Big Barrel, located on Manchester Square. The lot next to it was developed into an office building for FMG in 2013, so this photo was likely taken sometime in the early 2010's, when the development started.
