Manawatū District Libraries - Feilding Library (Temporary Site) while the redevelopment of Stafford Street took place. The library occupied this site from August 2022 and relocated back to 64 Stafford Street in June 2024.

Formerly the Colonist's Land and Loan Company, constructed 1901, later on that year the Bank of New Zealand leased it. When The Bank of New Zealand moved to another site, the property was purchased by John Prior, a local lawyer in 1905. Situated on the corner of MacArthur & Goodbehere Streets. Poppies Bookshop was situated on Goodbehere Street.
