The appearance of the clock tower dates this photograph between 1902 and 1942.

Darragh's store was established in 1879 and the building shown here built in 1900. In December 1995 it was destroyed by fire and replaced with a building whose facade was modelled on the original. In 2008 this new building is occupied by a variety of shop
