Manchester Lions Club members check out the time capsule hole beneath the Feilding Clock tower, under construction. An existing concrete pipe beneath the clock tower site (old flag pole base?), is to be used as a time capsule holder. The aim is to sell 2000 plastic bags people can place family histories, photos etc. The time capsule will be lifted in 50 years time.
