Description: Farmlands building was built by Colspec, starting in March and completed August 2013. Farmlands moved from Manchester Street to the corner of Kawa Kawa Road and South Street. Colspec - After three years as construction manager of a local building company, Shane O'Brien set up Colspec Construction Ltd in 1980 and it became a local success story. Currently employing over 40 permanent staff, Colspec Construction covers a huge variety of building work, from large scale corporate projects worth millions of dollars to smaller residential work.
