Colspec - Farmlands

Description

Farmlands building was built by Colspec, starting in March and completed August 2013. Farmlands moved from Manchester Street to the corner of Kawa Kawa Road and South Street. Colspec - After three years as construction manager of a local building company, Shane O'Brien set up Colspec Construction Ltd in 1980 and it became a local success story. Currently employing over 40 permanent staff, Colspec Construction covers a huge variety of building work, from large scale corporate projects worth millions of dollars to smaller residential work.
