Description

A group of young men and women on what appears to be a float at a Queen Carnival, a fundraising event that was quite popular in the early 20th century.

Judging by the uniforms shown, this photo was likely taken sometime during World War I. The banner reading "Freedom" contributes to this conclusion as well. However, the precise date of this photograph is unknown.
