- Description
The first Railway Station building at Feilding was built in 1887 at a cost of seven hundred and ten pounds. This building was considerably extended and improved between 1897 and 1901. The building remained, with only a few modifications, until it was badly damaged and partly destroyed by fire in 1960. Construction of the present station was begun in 1961 and the buildings were officially opened in December of that year.
